Ted Alan Myers
December 12, 1950 - May 25, 2015

With a heavy heart I need to pass on to everyone that our dear friend has passed away.
Ted Myers passed on May 25, in Sacramento California.
I was so glad that my wife and I got to see him last year when we came out for the reunion. Ted was laughing a lot on the stories that were told on our escapades over the years.
Ted had a stroke a couple of years ago.
Ted is survived by his wife Louise and son David.
Our thought and prayers go out to their family.

I will always remember the night Ted flew Shirley Harrison and me from Chico to Sacramento airport for hot chocolate. First flight for both of us. It was a fun evening. Ted was a great pilot. RIP sweet Ted.

One of the nicest people you could know. Never forget the airplane ride he took Rick and I on. We saw flocks of Geese up close and then areobatics on the way back. Wanted to kiss the ground when we landed. I think Rick did. Wild ride. God Bless you Ted.

I remember Ted as a gentle giant in high school. I did not know him well so I did not know about his airplane experience. I do know he will be missed. Peace to the family from our household to yours.
David Earl Roden
Ted and I were very close when we were young and he will always be remembered fondly as the guy who taught me how to empty the BB's from a shotgun shell, tape a marble to the primer and drop it out of the second story window. Ted was a good friend in junior and senior high school. We had a few memorable adventures, and I smile when I think of those times. We have lost one of the "good ones" and I'm sure part of Ted will forever be with his family and the rest of us who were so fortunate to call him "Friend!" Until we meet again...
