Michael Dale Rawlin was born on October 12, 1950 in Chico, CA.  He passed away on November 13, 2019 in Orland, CA.  He went to work at age 17 and worked in the lumber industry for 40 years.  He loved to fish, he loved camping, cooking, and gardening.  He loved watching 49er games.  He married Debra Howard in 1972 and had two children.  In 1982, he married Janet Miller. They made their home in Paradise and had three children.
