Fredrick Charles Teibel, 71, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully of natural causes in San Felipe Baja, Mexico on December 21, 2021 in his home while celebrating Christmas with his family and friends.

Fred was born in Chico, California to Robert Alfred Teibel and Linda Lee Teibel. He grew up with his siblings Dean, Cristey, and Susan in Butte Canyon, California. After graduating from Chico High, he became the Mountain Manager at Sugar Bowl ski resort and enjoyed outdoor adventures.
